Just finished 25 mile biking a little over an hour and 15 minutes.

Jill O too bad our all the way in Ft. Stewart or you could teach me how to swim. I would like to add that to my exercise program, but right now it would be a waste. Totally inefficient.

I'm still learning, lol, not my strong sport at all, in triathlons I just "get through" the swim. Last year I was back of the pack in the swim, now I'm in the back of the middle of the pack, so I have improved a little. A good place to start is watch youtube videos on swimming instruction. Do you have access to a pool?
