Kind of a rest day. I taught my 5:45am Spin Class... It was FULL to capacity so I gave up my bike, and this was the first class I have ever taught without spinning along with everyone. It was pretty cool to go around the room and help people with their form and give them the extra motivation to get through a tough class. After Back to back spin classes and a 20+ mile run yesterday, I was not terribly heart broken about not riding. I may go for a swim later, if time permits...

Second to last PT session for the shoulder.  These last few sessions has been about building up endurance in the muscles and it is fairly exhausting stuff even though it is light weights.

15 min = 1 mile on the elliptical
15 min = 1.15 mile on treadmill
5 min cool down on treadmill
(would have done more except the owner to the gym slept in or something so the gym opened about 20 minutes late. Talk about disappointed, I was all ready for an hour workout. *sigh* oh well there's always tomorrow, it's better than nothing right?)
