Planned 6 mile run today....don't have time to do 8 mile.  however Im looking at a few marathons that I may be in this fall....will be in a big one come Feb.  Already started training...the big decision do I run a half or the full in Feb?!....

If you have till Feb no reason not to do the full..... you've got the determination. I only gave myself a couple of months to train for a full but I'm a moron!

Nate the funny thing though...13.1 miles seems nothing but then double and say 26.2 and Im like OMG can I do that?!  Freaks me out!!!

Yep i feel the same way but if you hang around this group long enough we will inspire you to be insane enough to know you can do what ever you want. We dont think clearly and just push and inspire each other daily! Stick around and you will do 26.2!!!!!!

marathon (gasp) training plan calls for 3 miles. I guess that's what I'll do!!

Rest day for me today. Hurting really bad from the 3rd day at the gym. I can totally understand muscle soreness but this HURTS! So I am taking it easy today and then I will be ready for another spin class tomorrow!!!
