Okay, new to this board . .

2 years post RNY and down to onderland finally - yeah.

Registered for a half marathon - won't be running it . . probably just walking very fast.  Started my training program this week and today was my 3 mile walk - did great and it feels so good to have done it.  Really excited to have the GOAL of completing the half marathon.

Any tips/advice - bring it on.

Yeehaw!!

THANKS!

Went out for a mighty mile this morning. After 5 weeks of a painful back, gout in the toe and three runs of 2.3 miles each which felt horrible, I am calling my painless 10 minute mile this morning a success!
