For me an epic swim in the lake.. bit breezy and windy but I managed to stay pretty straight, and most important consistent in my stroke.  Did the 2.4 miles in 2 hours flat, so I had 20 minutes to spare for the cutoff.  Its a huge relief for me to know I can not only make the distance and still feel good but most important make th cutoff with my normal stroke.  Very happy with immersion swimming right now..

ready to run a marathon now Jillian?  :)  Was that your first 100?

I took it easy, monitoring my heart rate (didn't let it go over 142) fought the urge to hammer it, and I felt ready to run after the ride. It was my first 100, was supposed to do 112, but it started monsooning and touch-down lighting, not a great time to be out and about riding an aluminum bike.

awesome!  we'll be ready.  I am officially on taper now.  I did a 101 (very flat) and a 105 (very similar profile to IMKY), a 90, 80 a couple 70's and several 60's.  From what I see, the last 20 miles are flat to downhill, so I am sure we'll be fine :)
