I jogged a whole mile !!!  I am really shocked and still not really believing it - but this was a really big goal I set for myself. I never imagined I would accompli**** 2 months out of surgery.

I just wanted to share - it's a start and I can't wait to keep adding on to my progress. You all have inspired me more than you can imagine.

CONGRATZ!!!!!!!!!!! And you are inspiring me!!! To be able to actually (run/jog/skip even) complete a mile without stopping is also one of mine. So pretty soon, you'll hear me pitterpatting behind you!! Currently, I do 4-5mi walking @ least 3-4 times a week. But anyway, KEEP IT UP!!!!!!

That is so awesome!!!! I did not start running until 4 years after surgery; I am so impressed you have started working on exercise pre op and have continued since surgery! I wish I would have!
Sign up for a 5 K in the early Fall; you will be ready!
