Thursday workouts

10 minute warm up on my elliptical, 1.5 mile run outside, and 25 minutes of free weights. I have got to get this damn body more toned!!!
Nice job on the 8 miles! Holy sheesh...I don't think I will EVER be able to do that!!!

Bike ride -  not sure the mileage as I forgot to turn on computer at the start. But normally this route is at least 20. It's our club's "hill route" and I decided to do the whole thing in as high a gear as I absolute could. As a result, I'M BUSHED!

Then I did a short run off the bike just for some brick work. 1 mile only as it was getting dark.
