Never got to my workout yesterday as I had to go to WalMart and the grocery, by the time I cooked dinner, I was pooped and went to bed early.

Tonight I will do the P90X arms and shoulders and ab ripper X!!

1.5 miles on the treadmill, worked out legs today for 45 minutes. 15 minutes stretching, 100 pushups, 100 situps.

80 minutes of intervals on the bike trainer, the intervals were 3 min "hill climbs" . There are no hills here in South GA, so I have been doing hill climb intervals twice a week on the trainer hoping it will be enough for ironman Louisville

1000 M pool swim, it was all my shoulder would let me do today . I was able to put in a 3000 on Tuesday, so at least I still got a considerable swim volume amount this week.

 hard 62 mile ride, 2700+ in elevation including a pretty wicked climb (for me anyway).  After a hard spin class last night, this kicked my booty.

I went back to the gym and swam 2 miles (3200m) in 57:05 this evening...
