Does anyone take them? Are they good/dangerous, etc? Just curious. I am assuming everyone does some type of protein but what about things like creatine, redline pills, GNC type stuff.

I was specifically thinking about Redline VPX pills from GNC. They have caffeine, green tea, and yohimbe in them. I took 1/3 of the recommended dosage on Monday and had a HUGE surge of energy and got so much done, plus an awesome workout. And slept like a baby that night. But when I went online and read reviews, some of them were downright scary.
