Wednesday workouts!

This killer heat is sucking my will to live.  I attempted to go outside and run yesterday, but had to retreat to the basement to the dreadmill....the heat/humidity was just too much.

Today I'll do P90X arms/shoulders and ab ripper X when I get home.

Heat index here is 117 today. I agree, haven't exercised outside except once since early June.

Today: 2 mile run at gym, abs day on weights, pushups, situps, 15 minutes of stretching. Karate class tonight.

marginally.  spin doesn't seem to bother it as much as running and swimming.  i had to stop lifting early becuase of discomfort.

slightly discouraging 6 mile run. Sunday could go long.  *sigh*
