MONDAY MONDAAAY!! *workouts*
I finished my first day of the Week 2 (C25K) program. I am doing each week as a month at a time. I woke up feeling like crap and thought there was no way I would get through it today, but I did plus 15 minutes of biking after. I continue to be in the lead at my gym's point system contest, but tomorrow is my weigh-in (2nd to the last one) and I am very bloated. I am tied for the lead with a ex-pastor of mine, and I am so motivated to knock him out of the top spot. The top 3 people win a free a month to the gym, and we've pretty much secured that, but I so want to knock him out of that top spot. Where did this competitiveness come from?
11 mile run.. was supposed to be a dress rehearsal 20 mile run.. I started at 1pm to simulate the heat.. little did I know today was gonna get so hot, its was 97 and high humidity. Watch the wheels fall off on my garmin... Called it at 11 rather than risk heatstroke.
