Thursday Workouts
Had to start the thread to pat myself on the back a little. I ran for 33 minutes straigh this morning!!!! It's a PR for me. On Tuesday I had run 24.5 minutes so I'm proud of how much I was able to add today. My legs were jello in the end though so not sure I'll be able to do much more than that any time soon.
Awesome job!

Great job on your new running PR!
60 minutes on the bike trainer
1200 M in the pool, it was all my shoulder could handle. I have been having this problem where I can do my nice long swim (3300-4000 M)on Tuesday, toward the end of the swim my shoulder really starts to hurt, then on Wednesday I can't even lift my arm, then on Thursday when I go swim again I can only manage 1000-1200 because of the pain. I don't want to see a doctor yet because they will just tell me not to swim, and this close in the ironman game that just won't do, but I promised everyone I will see a doctor after the ironman. Its not affecting my cycling or running.
