Taught my Back To Back Spin Classes tonight... 2 Hours of absolute carnage! Followed that with a 1500M Swim in 26:20.

Tonight was a TWOFER!
TKD Class, nothing to intense we worked on Stick fighting and sparring combinations. Then it was time to gear up and spar, I hate it gear is so damn hot and still being one of the larger guys in class it is difficult to sometimes control your power even when you don't think you are going to hard. Landed a punch to one guys chest and knocked him about 3 feet backwards and I wasn't even using any power.
