What a challenge to overcome. I'm actually new to commenting on the forums, but I had to put my big toe in here. How are you going to condition your body for this one?

Lost 94.2lbs b4 Surgery
The biggest issue I am trying to leanr right now, is hydration and eating. I still have the mindset of a bariatric patient, but my body is needing more energy. I can feel it. So I'm munching on some granola during the ride and drinking some watered down gatorade.
Any suggestions for those who have gone before, please share.

Make sure your getting enough carbs, both complex and simple to keep the energy flowing. And hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Plus, try to make half of your fluids electrolytes, so that you don't cramp up.
