2 hours muay thai training.. probably the most intense workout to date..felt like i was gonna pass out.. but made it to the end of the session.

YAY for recovery week, slightly less volume this week

60 minutes on the bike trainer with intervals, which were 10 sets of 2 mins hard (I put it in the hardest gear on my bike, gritted my teeth and hammered it)

Short bike commute to work it's only 6 miles round trip.
Did get a 30 minute run in during lunch.

Going to go watch my 8 y/o swim tonight.  Maybe he can teach me something.

 1200 yard swim.  no matter what I do, I am consistently slow.  At least I am consistent.

I did a little run this morning to try out my new running shoes. 3.17 miles. I'm doing Crossfit tonight. First time in two weeks. I need to get back into the strength training.

Back from Crossfit. We did a 15 min AMRAP and I got in 6 sets when all the boys only got in 5! 

(Of course their bells were bigger than mine, but we'll ignore that, okay.  )
