I did a little run this morning to try out my new running shoes. 3.17 miles. I'm doing Crossfit tonight. First time in two weeks. I need to get back into the strength training.

Back from Crossfit. We did a 15 min AMRAP and I got in 6 sets when all the boys only got in 5!
(Of course their bells were bigger than mine, but we'll ignore that, okay. )
