Congrats...that's fantastic (and hopefully a bit cooler than is it this week!)

I've thought about a sprint tri, but am holding off for now.  My running form is crap and I keep screwing up my ankles/feet after a jog.

I'll stick  to Duo's so I don't have to swim in the open water. Too many things in there (besides swimmers) for my liking.
