Ran 5 miles this morning. Even at 5 in the morning it's stinking hot! If one person says it's the humidity and not the heat I'm going to step on their foot. It was so bad this morning you could see the air. Still not bad enough to use a dreadmill, though.

 Working on getting my ride speed up. Did a 10 mile ride in 35 minutes tonight. So I think I have done well. Three weeks ago, I was at 1.5 hours for the same ride. Learning how to and how much I can push myself.
