The only reason I'm a runner is because of this program. I'd tried to run before and failed. But with this program, I succeeded and now I've run half marathons.

Good for you! It's always so much easier to stick to a workout if you truly enjoy it. I just started trying to run too. I'm not necessarily following the C25K, but can't wait to hear about the ups and downs of your workouts. I love reading everyone's stories. Keeps me super motivated. I find running to be a REALLY tough workout (for me anyway) but that just makes it more rewarding when you finish!
