Anyone with RH? Exercise questions
I think that I have Reactive Hypoglycemia. My doctors are trying to confrim this, but they pretty much agree.
I am wondering, for anyone with RH, what do you eat that is helpful before and and after exercise?
I want to get back to the gym, but I am terrified of my blood sugar droping while I am working out.
I was thinking, a slice of whole grain bread with penute butter and a banana before I go, and after I come back, the same sort of thing. Maybe some cheese and fruit (melon, orange, grapes).
Any help would be appriciated.

I have RH and it is pretty well controlled by eating every couple hours, protein first. About 30 mins before I workout I'll eat a couple crackers with PB or cheese, or some nuts. Then I eat again after I work out.
The only time I have issues is when I eat something that I know isn't the best, or if I wait too long to eat.
