~no, never a "runner", I played team sports but never enjoyed running
~when I started my body hated me, it couldnt find my "groove" and i felt awkard, but stick with it and it will happen, you will develop a stride/style that works for you
~yes, stick with it...you will be amazed how much of a "mental" thing running is...the program gets you physically prepared, but you have to push pass the mental "i can't's".  dont get discouraged if u have to repeat a few days/weeks.  (there was one week i ad to repeat 3 times)

congratulations to you on your amazing accomplishment!!!  could you tell me where i can get the couch to 5k program  and also i had a total knee replacement done 6 years ago and i don't have very good range of motion when it comes to bending it, just curious...do u th iink i could do this program?  thanks and congrats again

you can so do this!  listen to your body and take it at your own pace.  find a groove/style that works for you :)
