Monday Workouts

Back in the game today after two weeks off with pneumonia. One mile run, two miles walk, 45 minutes weights (arms/chest), 15 minutes stretching.

Half an hour on karate forms after work today.

rest day 2... will hit the trainer for a light spin tomorrow in the AM.  rest of the week will be light as well.  i have to mentally prepare myself for my 2nd "A" race of the year, the peachtree city sprint tri in late august.  i'm switching from long endurance to high intensity and i need to wrap my head around it before i start.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

 Well, it was not a "workout" persay, but we got our household goods and unpacked from about 8am till about 9pm...very tired!!!!
