Stomach still here!
Hey everyone!
I am just wondering if anyone can offer me any exercise ideas that can help get rid of my stomach and hips??
I was banded in Nov 08 ~ I have lost about 100lbs since then however my stomach and hips have not moved much. I have only gone down 1 pant size and I am pretty much wearing the same size shirt (I am pretty tall also being 6') . Also, I have 2 degenerative disks in my back so though I can do some crunches I just have to be careful.
Help anyone!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks!

You are setting yourself up for injury asking for exercise suggestions from this board with your degenerative disc issues. Go see your physician and get medical clearance for exercise (and they can tell you what NOT to do) and then hire a qualified, ACE, ACSM, or CSCS certifications. Find out what exercises you enjoy and hire a trainer who specializes in that. Best of luck to you!
Thanks for the reply!! I dont have any pain in my back... I havent had pain for years. I just know its possible to agitate it. I do have medical clearance to work out, but I dont have any extra money to hire anyone to help me. I have to do at home workouts on my own. I am looking for people suggestions then I am going to go from there to see what my limitations are!
You don't need a Personal Trainer! Unfortunately, you can determine where you want to lose fat from. The body determines that for you as you lose weight. If the issue is not fat, and is loose skin from your 100 pound weight loss, there is no way to excercise the skin off, you will need to have Plastic Surgery. I think a well-balanced regimin of Strength Training plus Cardio focusing on your whole body will be the best way to go. Best of luck and congrats on your tremendous success!
