Unplanned rest day, have been dealing with septic tank back-up and plumbers all day. The problem is fixed so I will be back at it tomorrow.

 Got in 2.5 miles with my dog.  Next time I run I'll start without her for a couple miles and come back and pick her up till she poops out.  Poor girl just can't handle the heat :(

fun, easy day for me:  4.5 mile walk early morning, beach frolic day, ended the day with a Zumba dance party.

I missed my run this evening but did get in a 1 hour core strengthening class offered at my work. I am sore already; it was hard and I was sweating!
