Thursday Workouts
Went for a little over a 1.5 today, did better than Tuesday...went early, but the wind was blowing hard today...lol...a few bird attacks, but I look at it as a little extra workout...waving my towel over my head is working my arm and back...and a little extra kick in my step for some extra cardio...

Taught my 7th spin class of the week this morning at 5:45am and am taking the rest of the day as recovery in preparation for a VERY big weekend!

Going to give day 1 of week 1 of the C25k on the treadmill tonight after work, and ride the stationary bike afterwards. I was thinking, "I have brand new gym shoes but they're not "premium running shoes"". Then I thought, "Two months ago I was gasping for air by the time I reach the top of the stairs leading to my flat...seriously...get off your tooshie and DO something for you today!"
I figure my a@@ will be good 'n sore by the time I get home.
