Sunday Workouts

 I have not done much since I posted last, the "loaner" furniture has caused me to pull my neck out of whack...but I was able to do a nice 2 mile power walk around housing...there are going to be some fun hills once I start running!!!
For those of you *****member the story about the birds...yes...it is true...I was attacked by three on my way home...they are mean!!!  They go straight for the face...thank goodness they came one at a time!!!

Went for a 1.5 mile evening walk with the hubby...:)

2.25 mile walk on the TM in 40 minutes. Felt good - well on my way to doing another 5K soon

I watched other people exercise! LOL
Went to a Red Sox game (walked from the train!) and watched my boyfriend's soccer game.

Oh well, good times!
