4 mile walk with a little jog. Last training session before half on the 17th. Completed in 56 minutes, goal was under an hour. I feel good about the half, though every time I try to run, I start to wheeze, so I'll probably mostly walk it.
Just checked on Jillian. Completed in 5:48:41. She's my hero! Way to go Jillian! Can believe after all that swimming and biking, you ran a marathon over an hour faster than I'll complete my half. What an inspiration you are!
