Weight fluctuation
Mine fluctuates within about 4 pounds but I tend on a day-to-day basis to be within 1-2 pounds. So right now I'm mostly 120-121 but my range is 119-123.
HW - 225 SW - 191 GW - 132 CW - 122

settled in at - 245 for a bit
next two years up to 258 and have been within 5 lbs of that ever since. appx 3 yrs.

I only usually get weighed at Dr apts.
I bottomed out at 180 and then started putting muscle on and got up to 225 for a very short time. I would say I'm 215 now. I'm hoping to stay over 200 while training for my marathon but I kind of doubt it's possible.

No longer about weight , it's all about living.
I swing about 4 lbs between 144 and 148. (Has been in that range since March 21). I track once a week and am a little over a year out.
Since really stepping up the cycling, over the last month, I've started to see me trending down again, quite honestly trying to keep leveled off without letting up on the exercise.
