Tuesday Workouts
Missed you guys!!! Plus this board helps with the accountability. Got a 70.3 + at least a marathon this fall. Trying to decide if I want to attempt another full next year. I have some unfinished business in CdA--though I think louisville or the full Rev at Ceder Point will probably be my next attempt.
4.1 miles on the elliptical. Will try to take a swim when I get home.

12 mile run this morning along the beach road (I am in the Outer Banks, NC this week).. killer heat and humidity, had to call it short. Finished up with 8 more this evening, still in the high 80's. Couldn't get any sort of decent pace, but at least I am conscious and didn't need to spend a day of vacation getting an IV :)

Taught my new Tuesday night Spin Class! Was packed with 30 people ready to get after it. Bricked 2.5 miles afterwards in just under 20 minutes...
