Looking for suggestions of exercise DVDs? These DVDs have always intimated me because I either can't keep up or the moves are too confusing. Can anyone recommend one that they use and gives you a nice workout but is easy to follow? Thanks so much. :)

You want easy to follow, yet you feel like you've actually done something?  I would say try the Leslie Santone dvd's.  Just go to Amazon.com and google her name and read the reviews.  They sell most of them at Walmart & Target.  I have a couple that I do to change things up a bit and I really enjoy them.  They don't require much space or equipment either!  I'm somewhat rythm..less so they are perfect for me!  I also love Julian Michael's 30 day shred- fairly easy and it kicks my butt!
