Exercise DVDs any suggestions???
You want easy to follow, yet you feel like you've actually done something? I would say try the Leslie Santone dvd's. Just go to Amazon.com and google her name and read the reviews. They sell most of them at Walmart & Target. I have a couple that I do to change things up a bit and I really enjoy them. They don't require much space or equipment either! I'm somewhat rythm..less so they are perfect for me! I also love Julian Michael's 30 day shred- fairly easy and it kicks my butt!
I have 2 great ones: kettle workx & power 90. here are links to the exact products: http://www.amazon.com/Kettleworx-Week-Transformation-DVD-Ket tleworks/dp/B001TM6LQK i got mine from QVC though, but the reviews lay it on the line here. Then http://www.amazon.com/POWER-90-Hortons-Transformation-Workou t/dp/B000VEVVIA i got this one from Amazon. basic basic basic stuff. i dont do complicated. did kettleworkx from november to april. doing power 90 now, 30 days in.
