TGIF workouts :)
Rest/travel day--off to Nawlins for the long weekend--getting DD bridal portraits done while we are there. Bringing running stuff so I can get a run in on Sunday morning--other than that, just lots of walking and playing in the pool with nieces. Will be back on OH Tuesday.

Last night I did a 35 mile bike ride, and damn if my pinky and ring fingers still don't tingle. Trying to work through that issue, goal is to do a Century late fall.

Left wifey at the hospital this morning (we checked in last night for baby induction) so I could do my last training for Monday's Race-o-Death!
Made it a full 10 kilometers on the treadmill for the first time (used the Random function for incline). 59:50.
Then had to rush back to the hospital to take care of Mama! We should have a new baby late tonight or tomorrow morning!!
