Thursday workouts
An hour of zumba followed by .25 on TM at 4.0 then 1.5 @4.8 then 3.0 mph with incline at 3 for another mile.
I have exercised every day since Saturday which used to be my norm, but the last few months I have only been averaging 3 workouts a week. Feels good to be back in the groove, just have to build the miles back up.

First day of C25K today. (and yes, I made it). I was determined to start the 1st of the month (8 weeks out today). I have no intention to get there in 9 weeks. I am planning for 9 months with hopefully doing some real runs by my surgiversary date May 6th next year. I'm also in a competition at my gym based on a point system for showing up, turning in my workout card each week, weighing in each week, and turning in a healthy recipe each week. I will most likely win this as about half the people seriously doing this will win, but I've decided I am donating my prize (free month to the gym) to someone who needs it since my Bariatric Center has me on a deal there for three months.
