Wednesday Workouts!!!
got up early and completed W8D2 of C25k. Ran 2 miles, walked 1/2 mile, ran a mile, walked home. Covered about 4 1/2 miles.
After work, had some stress to unload so went and got my groove on with 60 minutes of Zumba and then did some core work.
