Day 5

I joined the gym Friday. 

Friday - 30min swimming
Saturday - 30 minutes swimming
Sunday - 45 min swimming
Monday - 60 min swimming - just happened that I had the pool to myself - really pushed. 
Tuesday - 60 min walking @ 3mph

Tomorrow the plan is to lift then do 30 min walking @ 3mph. 

Let's see if I can maintain :S
