Had lap band 6 months ago and am at a stand still

i had lap band 6months ago and broke my foot 8 wks ago and i am at a stand still...  Help any suggestions

Are you counting calories? Or keeping a log? You might be overeating or undereating? Join myfitnesspal.com and fill out the survery it will tell you how many calories you need to eat!

Are you drinking enough water? Are you going to the bathroom regularly?

 what kind of workout routine are you doing  can you swim with the foot?

What Andrew said... I am waiting for the punch line with "Broken Foot" and "Stand Still" in the same sentence... I think excercise is one of the most important ingrdients to long term success. Are you able to do anything at this point?
