A little piece of advice....

If you have a slow leak in your back tire, don't go flying down a steep mountain. 

Cuz your tire might blow, and you'll get thrown off the bike and slam into the ground cracking your helmet and BREAKING YOUR FLIPPIN' ARM!!!

Ugg, there goes my summer riding....so disappointing....

Thats a bummer!  Thank goodness you were wearing a helmet, so many people dont.

oh man, that really sucks.  where was the break? (forearm?)  i'm hoping you have a quick recovery.  at least you have a cool story!  a co-worker of mine broke his arm going 0 MPH when he didn't clip-out fast enough :)
