Went for a walk/jog and came home did my resistance bands and 30 mins of tae bo cardio!!  Feeling great this morning!!!
Loving this new life, just trying to figure it all out and take it all in day by day!!!

90 minute spin on the trainer w/ my coach....  still feeling run-down.  hopefully will rebound as the week progresses (starting to taper early for IN i think as well).
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Rest day 2. Almost over the soreness. I will be swimming laps today but more for enjoyment than exercise.

Scale says I gained five lbs in two days. Since I know that is physically impossible I am going to attribute it to my four hour workouts Saturday and grueling test on Sunday....hope it passes. I may just throw the scale out, even though I have 30 lbs left to lose.

Thanks to the advice of my OH friends...
30 min on TM
then 30 min on shoulders and arms

(yesterday - 30 min on TM and 20 min on legs and glutes)

AND I'M EXCITED ABOUT IT!!
