Sunday workouts!
78.5 mile ride.. you know I was at my limit when I was aiming for 80 and just didn't have another 1.5 miles in me. My neck is sooo sore.

morning was a lower body workout followed by some core work. This evening was a 4 1/2 mile walk/run. Completed W8D1 of C25k and ran for 2 miles, walked 1/2 mile and then ran .6 mile to finish my 5k and then walked the rest of the mileage out. Legs are getting stronger.
I am creating my own revolution and PAMdemonium reigns!

The most brutal 3 mile jaunt of my life. 105* heat index on the brutal hills at Sansom park, pollen count off the charts and I wore my HR monitor to confirm that me being winded has been do to allergies. My heart rate averaged 141 and my pace for the first two miles on those tough trails was 8:20s. At mile 2 it felt like I could not breath deep at all and finished up my jaunt walking and called it a day. I need to get a grip and get with a doctor to get these allergies under control. Anyways, that's all I got in...

Today was a death march
http://ridewithgps.com/routes/500031
Was supposed to be a 100+ mile ride Well we didn't make it. It was brutal.
Hot, no support, thank god for the nice person who stopped and gave us bottled water out of their ice chest. We went through everything we had several times and were out in the middle of no where climbing Mt. Hamilton.

I figure it will be one of those rides that makes a good story... some day.
