couldn't get to the gym today due to some family issues... but was able to jump on the trainer in my basement for just over an hour.  felt pretty good to get something in.  tomorrow is a planned rest day and i will do one more century on saturday to prep for the Indiana ride... after that is ramp down to taper.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

had to rest today    my achillies tendon are really inflamed  hopefully ill be well enough to train in the morning

I RAN 3.1 miles, walked 2.0 miles, 30 min light weight set...It was awesome!! I learned something new today.. if you try smiling while you run..you can keep going...

Did my club's "Hill" route. I left 15 min early so I could get in an optional loop and the fast people NEVER caught up with me. I was shocked. Anyway, it was about 21 miles of hills on the bike and 1.4 miles of run after for a Brick.
