What's up ya'll??? I started off the day teaching my 5:45am Spin Class. UGH!!! The back-to-back from last night had my legs shattered, and they were NOT better this morning. LOL. But, we got 'er Dun and it was a fantastic class, morning, and people!

Off to buy the wife a new car today, then a trail run tonight, and whatever else the day brings. Waht did you do today???

Rest day, did 14 miles last night on the bike with a group.  

Although I don't know if I can use the term "rest".  have to finish demoing my bathroom this morning, tile guys show up tomorrow at 08:00.

5k (treadmill walking with an incline) this morning, zumba this afternoon :) I havent gotten the guts to do a bike, or spin class.... last time i did was about 10 years ago & it nearly killed me (not litterly) I was so tired afterwards!

2.75 mile walk/run, 50 pushups, 50 situps, 15 minute stretching, 5 minutes jump rope. Later - one hour karate class (stick fighting and power strikes) and I have an hour to work on a self designed kata/form.

I test for 2nd degree brown belt Sunday and I am petrified.

I had a certain unmentionable surgical procedure.. out of the game for a couple days.. hopefully will be racing Sunday in an olympic if I can manage to sit on a bike...
