Jogging vs Running

Whew....I am so glad that is settled!  I was afraid I was going to have to rethink the RoadRUNNER tat that I am considering after I meet some personal running milestones/goals.

I don't worry about speed, at least at this point.  I know I am faster than the slowest walker.

I am creating my own revolution and PAMdemonium reigns!

just words.  running and jogging are really the same, the definition really is between walking and running.  if you have one foot on the ground at all times then you are walking, if you have both feet off the ground between steps then you are running.  you are a runner, as far as i know (beyond some elitist a-holes) there is no speed definiition :)

Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

I agree with everyone else that if it's not walking it's running but I will add that for me there is a jog and a run. There is a pace at which I consider myself jogging and a pace at which I consider myself running.

Fast runners would laugh at my "running" pace because they would be jogging but that is what makes it a personal thing.

Not that

Last year I RAN 75 miles in 19 Hours, which is not "Lightning" LOL, but I would NEVER say I jogged. Anyways, potatoes potahtoes... You are a runner...
