Wednesday Workouts
This morning was a 4 1/2 mile walk that included a 2 1/2 mile run and completion of W7D2 of the C25k program.
After work, going to get my groove on with 60 minutes of zumba followed by core work, squats and lunges.

I taught my back to back spin classes this evening. 2 hours, about 40+ miles, and a bucket of sweat. Yeah buddy!
