This morning was a 4 1/2 mile walk that included a 2 1/2 mile run and completion of  W7D2 of the C25k program. 

After work, going to get my groove on with 60 minutes of zumba followed by core work, squats and lunges.

I am creating my own revolution and PAMdemonium reigns!

Hello everyone!! This is my first post here!! Today I am 9 days out from surgery and I was just released to start exercising yesterday! Today I walked on my treadmill for 10 minutes! Gotta start somewhere right?? Haha
Loving this new healthy lifestyle and looking forward to what it brings!!

I taught my back to back spin classes this evening. 2 hours, about 40+ miles, and a bucket of sweat. Yeah buddy!

Rode my bike to the coffee shop and store.  Mowed and weedeated the lawn...Usually that isn't exercise, but it was over 100 degrees today.
