1.25 mile run, pushups, situps, 15 minutes stretching, then weights for legs for the last thirty minutes.

Nice to have it out of the way for the day.

Possibly will do another run with my husband tonight and more pushups and situps.

Rest day, but since I was very depressed about my bike fit, I toke the hour and 40 minute drive to a triathlon specific fitter. My fit is not where I want it to be, but it is the best that can be done on a Trek for me. I have the wrong body type for a Trek, but it will have to do for no, there is no way we can afford another bike.
