Got up early this morning to run 6-miles. Great run. Must have been thinking about my dad who ran cross country for Ohio State. Happy Father's Day!

At the gym early for weights - lower body and abs.  Got home, had breakfast and felt good and wanted to get outside in the sunshine so I laced up and was going to just do a short walk and ended up covering 4.5 miles and finished W7D1 of my 5k training run.

Burned a boatload of calories this morning which is a good thing: this afternoon will be having dinner with my family and man, can my Mom cook!

I am creating my own revolution and PAMdemonium reigns!

Today is my off day since I worked out yesterday. Back at the gym tomorrow morning, trying to up the intensity every week with the cardio and the weights.

hiked a bunch in our local state park (ulterior motive was to check out the long distance open water swimming hole :)  ), and took the test to be certified to use it, 500 meters plus 3 minutes of treading.  Can't wait to hit the lake, looks awesome.
