I took the morning off - today will be work, retail therapy, and swimming with the kids.

Back at it tomorrow. I've done four days of gym this week plus two 2 hour karate workouts.

early morning 5 mile run/walk intervals where I completed W6D3 of the C25k. That included a straight 25 minute run (which seemed impossible 6 weeks ago) after an 8-10 minute walk recovery, I finished out the distance with 7 min run/3 min walk intervals.

Tonight will probably hit a 60 minute zumba class but I consider that more mental health fitness than hard-core cardio.

I am creating my own revolution and PAMdemonium reigns!

Got in the car and said I was going to pu**** today....Roanoke and back ~17 miles.  Actual time for the time for the ride was 1:00:47, I "started" and "ended" the workout clock off the bike.
