found a decent gym next to the office here and hit the gym this morning.

55 min of weights - chest/tri
60 min on the stationary bike

travel day tomorrow, yay home!

Went in and thought about joining the "Cross fit" class...except they were just doing exercises similar to what I've been doing for a couple of years now.  Don't need to pay $45 to have that wisdom imparted on me.

10 min of walking, 30 min of upper body, and then called it a day.  No riding today in Indiana (rain/wind) so i'll call this a "rest" day and then work on hitting it hard tomorrow.

One mile run and walked additional two. Weights - arms and back and shoulders; pushups, situps, stretching. Going to the gym first thing in the morning is really working for me.

Covered 4.5 miles this morning with walking/running intervals; completed W6D2.  Will be taking a 60 min zumba class this afternoon after work.
