spent most of the day in a couple of planes today... no WO for me.  tomorrow will likely be rest with maybe a light swim.  century ride early saturday morning.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Another unplanned rest day. Seem to be very lazy this week and just don't want to do anything. But at least my knee is getting the rest it needs.
