For me, a three mile walk/run - trying to run the first mile without stopping. 100 pushups, 100 situps, five minutes of jumprope, and practicing karate techniques and forms in preparation for an upcoming test.

23 miles on the bike in 1 hour 22.  Was supposed to go 50 with a quick brick, but sometimes this work thing gets in the way of my training.  I also am a murderer - I don't know how I managed to do it, but I ran over a poor little squirrel on the bike.  I have no idea how the little guy managed to run directly to the wrong spot as I was swerving- I'm actually lucky I didn't wipe out.

Hmm...I'm doing one of two things.  I'm either going to run the 5k course that kicked my a$$ this past weekend because it was entirely up hill or I am going to run intervals on the TM.  Have decided yet.

I have two races this weekend.  One 10k and one 8k which will be my first trail run.  We'll see how that goes!!

I slept in and missed my morning gym time but was able to get a quick short run in while dinner cooked after work; 2.5 miles. Better than nothing, I better get my crack out of the sack tomorrow for spin class!
