tuesday workouts

in the gym early this morning for 1 1/2 strength training.  Was planning on taking a step class this evening but just ran out of energy.

That is awesome.. I jogged 1 mile then walked 4 miles..

Walked to school (work) and then 10km  (53mins) at lunch.  Walked the long way home.  Total: 15 km
