I typically avoid it as well, but finally being giving the ok to do something I went overboard on the running and ran 5 days in a row all were pretty intense runs for me one being a long run with negative splits.  I know I went overboard and am now making a concious effort to stick to the plan and avoid messing things up any more.

I will admit to doing more at PT than asked  3 sets of 10 is 4-5 sets of 10 so I am pushing it only in a bit smarter way.

Your run over there looks awesome.

Hello everyone... I am new to the exercise board so I am still learning.  Finished up Week1 Day3 of C25K this morning.  I will probably do it again this evening.  I don't think I am doing too bad only being a few days past a month out of surgery.  Getting ready to head to the pool before the little kids get there and swim 500M or so.

Have a great day everyone.

very cool, I like to run when I am in Israel too, although its a bit of a different dimension when you get lost there :)

Swimming drills day for me.  about 1100 yards of various drill sets.  Mostly catch up stroke with paddles. I'm still a bit amazed at how a subtle change i my kick during my breaths has made a world of difference for me (as well as staying much wider than I was).
