Completed the Middlewtown Classic 10k in 53:20.  Its more challenging than the elevation gain alone makes it look.  Over 1400 folks in it too.  Have an open water swim test later.

Rest day, and the foam roller.

Congrats on the 10K.  Great time.  Good luck on your water test.

I've never uploaded my garmin.  How do you do that?

do you use the online application (if not you should, I have heard the actual application introduces error).. if you do, just copy and paste the link.

I don't use anything online with my garmin.  Just charge the watch and wear it.  Never thought if it was worth the effort to connect it online and what that would do for me.  Ok, never looked into it because I'm too lazy.  But what does having it connected online do for you?  Is it worth it?

well, you get all the stats, and can store all your workouts.  Great for seeing your progress and splits.

I should probably know this but what's a split?

Nice 10k Andrew! Everything here is flat, I would love some elevation change. I ran 6 miles today. Had intended to run much further but it was all I could muster after racing so hard yesterday.
